Refund Policy

At Illucent, we aim to provide high-quality consulting services that meet the expectations and requirements of our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be offered for services purchased from Illucent.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services Covered

​

This refund policy applies to all consulting services delivered by Illucent, including but not limited to:

​

  • Data strategy advisory

  • Microsoft Fabric consulting

  • Power BI development or optimisation

  • Azure data solutions

  • Databricks consulting

  • Training, workshops, and analytics guidance

 

2. Refunds for Consulting Services

​

Because Illucent provides professional services, not products, refunds are handled differently from typical e-commerce transactions.

2.1. Refunds Before Work Begins

​

If you have paid for consulting services but the work has not yet started, you may request a full refund.

​

2.2. Refunds After Work Has Begun​

​

Once work has started, refunds are generally not provided.
However, Illucent may offer a partial refund at our discretion in situations where:

​

  • A significant portion of the agreed work has not yet been performed

  • The project scope has materially changed before delivery

  • Both parties mutually agree to end the engagement early

 

Partial refunds, if issued, reflect the amount of work already completed and time booked or committed.

2.3. Completed Work

​

Refunds are not available for work that has already been completed or delivered.

​

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

3.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations​

​

If you need to cancel a scheduled consulting day or session:

​

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or request a refund.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued, but rescheduling may be offered at Illucent’s discretion.

  • Same-day cancellations: No refund.

 

3.2. Illucent-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Illucent must cancel or reschedule:

  • You will be offered a new date at no additional cost

  • Or you may request a full refund

 

4. Dissatisfaction With Services

​

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us at info@illucentconsulting.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to understand the issue and may, at our discretion:

​

  • Provide additional clarification or amendments

  • Offer a follow-up session

  • Offer a partial refund

 

Illucent does not guarantee any specific business results, outcomes, or performance improvements.

5. Refund Request Process

Include:

  • Your name or company name

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of the service

  • Reason for the refund request

 

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 days.

Illucent reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
